Front Teeth

I would think it's hard for Nicole to eat a variety of food with only 6 teeth (4 front top, 2 bottom center) but she's more than willing to try just about anything. We hit the jackpot though the other night by feeding her corn on the cob - front teeth are the only things required to enjoy! You have to turn it up pretty loud to hear her crunch it off the cob...

In case you're wondering, the other stuff she's eating is part of a pork chop.

Tooo cute! She's is getting so big-its kinda hard to believe she's already eating corn on the cob!

awww, a true midwesterner. ;) Can't start them too young with corn on the cob!! She's awfully cute - totally into the whole experience (did you have to pick any strings out between her teeth??)

Such a cutie...that made me want some corn on the cob!

Very cute, although I wouldn't want to eat off of that ear of corn after she did!

hahaha. Viki, would you be appalled to know I share apples and carrots with horses? I TRY to avoid the slobbery spots, but realistically, it's not 100% feasible 100% of the time...

martha...so do i, but i make sure i get my share FIRST. same goes for sharing ice cream with the dog. her half is the 2nd half. (that way it is 100% feasible 100% of the time. but can you imagine her at the dog park gossiping to the other hounds, "oh my gosh i had to eat the ice cream cone AFTER she licked all over it...it was so gross but i ate it anyways)

You guys crack me up!

I typically do that (my half is the first half thing), too, Kathy. Except sometimes (way too often) I end up wanting one more bite...

I thought of you last night, martha...I was sharing a slice of watermelon with GG (i couldn't help it, she was so cute in her little almost 2 year old voice, "bite, please") but after i got done with my portion, there was still a little left around the side where she'd taken her bites, so i gave her the last two bites.

My question is this:

She has a pork chop (or what used to be one) in front of her. Why distract her with corn?
